The Wren’s Nest

A cosy converted boathouse and shepherd’s hut combo with private hot tub – perfect for relaxing retreats or romantic getaways. The seafront boathouse includes a king-size bed, wood burner, a large bath big enough for two, and walk-in shower. The delightful shepherd’s hut alongside features a hob, microwave, small oven and fridge, and has everything you need to prepare meals.

This is an idyllic location surrounded by sea and rugged mountain landscapes. All you need to do is relax and enjoy watching otters and seals swim past while you’re taking in the beautiful summer sunsets. The road to Loch Ewe is listed as one of the top 10 most scenic drives in the world.

Please note parking is not directly beside the property, but just a short stroll through the grounds of Pool House, a former WW2 headquarters – now a museum & cafe. The Wren’s Nest is named for the 175 Wrens stationed here during wartime and entry to the museum is included with your stay.
